Samsung vient de dévoiler son prochain modèle SGH-i400.

Lors du récent S60 Summit de Madrid, en Espagne, le fabricant sud-coréen Samsung a levé le voile sur un nouveau téléphone portable, le SGH-i400.

Ce modèle de type coulissant ( slide-up ) aux lignes simples s'avèrera également très discret une fois dans la poche, du fait de son poids correct et de ses dimensions réduites. Il est annoncée compatible GSM tri-bande et EDGE, mais ne prend pas en charge les réseau 3G et Wi-Fi, ce que beaucoup d'utilisateurs regretteront.

Au niveau des fonctionnalités annoncées, Samsung est resté assez succinct. Le terminal embarque un écran TFT affichant 262 114 couleurs sur une diagonale de 5,8 centimètres et dans une résolution QVGA ( 320 x 240 pixels ). Il intègre aussi un appareil photo numérique muni d'un capteur 2 Mégapixels et dispose d'une touche intitulée MP3 qui donne un accès direct au lecteur audio MP3. Pour ce qui est du stockage des données, il se fera sans doute sur une carte de type MicroSD, et le transfert par le biais de la connexion Bluetooth ou du port USB 2.0. La taille de la mémoire interne, tout comme l'autonomie de l'appareil, n'a pas été communiquée par le fabricant.


Prix et disponibilité :
Le modèle SGH-i400 sera commercialisé dans un premier temps en Russie, avant d'être livré dans les autres pays européens. Quant au prix, il reste encore inconnu.
