SEOUL, Korea (AVING) -- Toshiba expects to launch its slide type 3G mobile phone '920T' with built-in 1GB memory in Japan market. Supporting up to 5.3 hours recording time, it features 1-Seg for mobile, 3.24M camera and GPS function.
