'Optimus 2X' On Guinness Book – 'World's First Dual Core Smart Phone

SEOUL, Korea (AVING) -- 'Optimus 2X (LG-SU660- Korea/LG-P990 - Global market)', a strategic smart phone by LG Electronics (www.lge.co.kr), is on the list of Guinness Book.

Ultimately approved as a smart phone with 'Tegra 2 Dual Core Processor' of NVIDIA by Guinness World Records, Optimus 2X is officially on World Guinness Book as 'The first mobile phone to use a dual core processor'.

Optimus 2X, with 1GHz Tegra 2 Dual Core Processor by NVIDIA equipped is receiving a good response from various advantages; fast internet speed and game process strong performance matching PC minimizing electricity consumption, etc.

Jong-Seok Park, a vice president and head of operations of LG Electronics Mobile Communications, said, "Optimus 2X's registration on Guinness Book is a fruit from launching an innovative product that can lead the market. We're going to establish technological leadership of LG Mobile in smart phone market".
